Pre-Poo: Apply the oil onto your scalp and using both palms run it along the length of your hair. If you have dry hair, frizzy hair, thick hair or longer hair, use more oil. Rinse hair with water and use the Tropic Isle Living Strong Roots Red Pimento Shampoo to wash the oil out.
Hot Oil Treatment: Apply the Tropic Isle Living Strong Roots Red Pimento Hair Growth Oil to the scalp. Cover with a plastic cap and sit under a dryer for 25-30 minutes. Wash and rinse hair thoroughly with the Tropic Isle Living Strong Roots Red Pimento Shampoo.
Scalp Massage: Massage a dime size amount with fingertips into natural, transitional, or chemically treated hair before styling. You can leave the oil as long as necessary.
